Our online scheduling portal for Parent–Student–Teacher Con
ferences for Friday, October 13, 2017 is now open for bookings. The portal is located online HERE and below. It will close on Thursday, October 12 at 3:00 pm.
- Conferences will take place on Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
- Parents are encouraged to bring students with them so that they can have agency in their own education. There is no school nor are there after-school activities, other than meetings.
- You must schedule meetings in order to meet with teachers.
- Please choose one ten-minute appointment time for each teacher with whom you wish to meet.
- If the appointment time is not available, you will not be able to select it and it will be shown as unavailable.
- Appointments will update in real time as parents are making bookings.
- You can find your child’s schedule with a list of teachers in your Net Classroom Portal.
- If you need an extended conference at any point in the year, please email any teacher. (You can find teacher contact information here, in addition to on the online booking portal.) They are happy to meet as a group with you or one on one, for a longer assessment, as is needed. Teachers might call you in, if they have concerns.
- Please allow enough time for parking, as the school lot is reserved for teachers.
- A copy of your schedule will be printed for your convenience. Please pick it up in the Main Office when you arrive.
- There will be delicious organic apples to snack on, as in previous years.
