Join us for the Class of 2018 – Senior Project Open House at The Hudson School on Thursday, May 31, 6:00pm-8:30pm.
In one exciting evening, nineteen students from our graduating class will be giving TED Talk-style presentations about their varied, independent initiatives. From an investigation into the high-end sneaker resale subculture and the intersection of avant-garde fashion and advanced mathematics to perfecting French pastries and interviewing New Yorkers about the meaning of life, there’s a little of everything.
Senior Projects at The Hudson School are designed to be an opportunity for students to use their intellectual and personal skills to pursue specific interests or passions. Each senior was given time to plan and execute an original project or take part in an internship over a 3 week period. At the end, they were asked to reflect and prepare a TED Talk-style presentation about their work for an audience of faculty, board members, family, students and friends of the school.
We hope you can come out to support our senior class and engage with them about the interesting work they’ve done. It’s always a fun night and a special culminating experience for our seniors.
