Join us for THS Connects: Helping Children and Adolescents Work Through Change

For most of us, change is hard. We’ve had a lot of big announcements in The Hudson School and Mustard Seed School communities this year, and that means there are some changes ahead of us. We’ve invited Navesink Wellness Center’s clinicians to give us some tools to talk with our children and help lessen anxiety about change in the upcoming year. We hope that this presentation will give parents some more items for their toolbox when talking with their children about shifts in our particular community, but also beyond.
